Architectural period features establish firmly the character for this property, with high ceilings, large windows, intricate cornincing, skirting and panelling .  They create a space full of character and light.  Using a palette of neutrals with contrasting rich fabrics and colours of burnt orange and deep blues interest was added to the furnishings.

Reflecting the client tastes and to contrast with the period features of the room, quirky and  unique furniture and accessories were added.  The large mirror reflects the view from the windows and further creates light and space. 

To ensure the 'fun' continued into the other rooms the clients original home town in the Mediterranean was incorporated into the design of the bedroom with bespoke fabrics and furniture.
